The story
NOON. – ن
Noon (ن) is a symbol of the inner journey and return.
It refers to the story of the Prophet Yunus (peace be upon him), who is also known as Dhul-Noon: “the man of the fish.”
After fleeing, he was swallowed by a fish and found himself deep in the sea, surrounded by darkness. In that moment of complete isolation; alone with himself and his shortcomings; he remembered Allah and called upon Him.
That moment of awareness, of surrender, is what Noon symbolizes:
an inner turning point, a return to your true self and to the Source.
The wave in my logo refers to that sea – not just as a force of nature, but as a spiritual symbol:
It covers, it protects, it purifies.
Much like the hijab: a covering that does not conceal, but rather expresses dignity and strength.
Modesty, to me, is not a restriction, but a conscious choice.
Just like the wave that embraces the fish, or the hijab that envelops the body, it is a form of peace, beauty, and connection to something greater.
Noon stands for that journey:
from being lost to remembrance,
from darkness to light,
from the outer to the inner.
