Return and refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy to ensure your shopping experience is as simple and satisfactory as possible. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase.

 

Return Conditions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept your return if:

  • Worn or washed: Items have been worn, washed, or show signs of use.

  • Missing hangtag: The original hangtag is missing.

  • Customized items: Items have been altered or personalized.

  • Scents: Items have strong odors such as perfume, smoke, or body odor.

  • Incomplete returns: Items are returned without the original packaging, accessories, or gifts included with the purchase.

  • Outside the return period: Items are returned outside the specified return window.

  • Non-returnable items: Items marked as sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

  • Hygiene products: Items such as underwear, swimwear, or other personal items where the hygiene seal has been broken.

  • Incorrect items: Items do not match the original purchase order.

  • Excessive wear: Items show excessive wear beyond normal use.

  • Incomplete documentation: Returns without a completed return form or valid receipt/proof of purchase.

  • Product misuse: Items are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.

 

Recommendations: Always check your clothing for stains or production defects before removing the hangtag. Once the hangtag is removed, no claims can be made.
